Whats in a name? Do names even matter? There was a time long ago when names were very important. People thought long and hard on what they would name their child. In the ancient times, the people understand that there was something speacial about ones name. They understood that the name of a child connected them to their purpose and identity. This being the case, people took naming the child serious. This dates back all the way to the Garden of Eden, when Adam named his wife. with this in mind, have you ever given thought to the name of our Creator. Many faiths today are fine with ascribing a generic title to his character, robbing him of the name that defines his character, essence and identity.
